PlanVela Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Family Accounts

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. A child may use PlanVela only through an account managed by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for supervising use of the service.

2. Service

PlanVela provides homework planning, task and progress tracking, reminders, family learning tools, points and rewards, and related features. Features may vary by platform, country, account, or app version and may be updated over time.

3. Accounts and Security

Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may delete your account in PlanVela under My → Settings → Delete or through our account deletion request page.

4. Acceptable Use and Your Content

Do not use PlanVela for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; or infringe another person's rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and trial details are displayed before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the relevant store account. Refunds are handled according to the store's rules and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

PlanVela software, branding, design, and service content provided by us are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

7. Availability and Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep PlanVela reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Changes

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. You may stop using PlanVela and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

9. Governing Rules and Contact

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.
