Delete Your PlanVela Account

PlanVela lets you request deletion from inside the app or by email.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to PlanVela.
  2. Open My, then Settings.
  3. In the Account section, tap Delete.
  4. Review the notice and confirm Delete Account.

Request deletion without the app

Email shangfuruikeji@163.com with the subject “PlanVela account deletion request” and include the account identifier needed for verification. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete or anonymize the account, profile and child-profile information, submitted homework content, and associated learning records. Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required by law, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Deletion is irreversible. Back up anything you want to keep before submitting the request. See the PlanVela Privacy Policy for more information.
